To make our website work properly and to understand how visitors use it, we use cookies. In this policy we explain what cookies are, which ones we use and how you remain fully in control of them.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your settings and provide the operator with information about how the site is used. Cookies contain no harmful code and cannot damage your device.
2.Why we use cookies
Cookies help us ensure smooth and secure operation of the website and - based on your consent - improve its content:
- remembering your preferences, such as the chosen display theme,
- correct functioning of the reservation form during your visit,
- traffic measurement so we know what guests are interested in (only with your consent).
3.Cookie categories
We divide cookies by purpose into four categories:
- Necessary - required for the basic functioning of the website and bookings. Without them the site would not work properly, so they do not require consent.
- Analytics - traffic measurement via Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, if we use them. Stored only with your consent.
- Functional - website add-ons such as live chat, Google Maps or the OpenStreetMap surroundings map. Loaded only with your consent; you can also show the map once by clicking "Show map".
- Marketing - ad measurement and targeting via Google tools, if we use them. Always only with your consent.
4.Overview of cookies used
The following table lists the specific cookies, their purpose and validity:

| OpenStreetMap (no cookies) | Tiles for the surroundings map; they load only after you consent to functional cookies or click "Show map", the provider then receives your IP address but stores no cookies | - | Functional |
5.Managing consent
On your first visit a consent bar (cookie banner) is shown, where you choose which optional cookies to allow. Necessary cookies are always active because the website cannot function without them.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer - the choice takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6.Browser settings
You can also restrict the use of cookies directly in your browser - you can block them or delete already stored files. Note that blocking necessary cookies may limit the functionality of the reservation form and other parts of the website.
- Most browsers offer cookie management under Settings → Privacy and security.
- You can also delete cookies manually at any time in your browsing history.
7.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, in particular when the tools used or legal regulations change. The current wording is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
